Conclave is back and we are requesting speakers! This is your opportunity to participate in the industry’s premier education and networking event. We are accepting Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to present at the American Gem Society’s annual Conclave in Dallas, Texas, September 12-14, 2021.
What are we looking for?
Content leaders on a variety of general topics to guide panel discussions, provide insider insights, and host hands-on gemology workshops for varying educational levels (i.e. beginner, intermediate, advanced). If you have other suggestions, we’d like to hear about them!

Please submit your speaker Request for Proposal by March 8, 2021, at 11:59 p.m. PT. Each submission will be reviewed and you will be notified by May 26, 2021.
We realize you may have concerns about the state of travel in the fall. We recommend that you submit an RFP and we will work with speakers and be as flexible as possible if the situation should warrant any changes.
