What You Need to Know When You Arrive at Conclave

With Conclave just a few days away, we'd like to make your arrival as smooth as possible. Here are the most commonly asked questions attendees have on their first day.


What are the Conclave Registration Desk hours?

Conclave Registration will be open Sunday from noon – 6:00 p.m., and Monday through Wednesday from 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Registration is on Level Two. Take either the escalator or elevator to the convention space.


Is there anything happening the evening of Sunday, April 22?

What are the hours for the Networking Area?

The Networking Area will be open Monday and Tuesday, 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., and Wednesday 8:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. It is located on Level Two.

The AGS Laboratories® Diamond Pavilion is also located in the Networking Area and will be open 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. on Monday, April 23.

Be sure to visit Jewelers for Children (JFC) to bid on one of the many terrific items they have up for auction. The bidding ends at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 25. When the bidding ends, winners will be notified via email or text from JFC. Winners for the raffle will be announced at Wednesday evening's President's Party.


Where are the General Sessions and Breakout Sessions?

All General Sessions will be held in the Broadway Ballroom, including the AGS Suppliers’ Reception and Showcase, and the President’s Party. Breakout sessions are on Level Three. They are accessible via elevators or the escalator. Please refer to the Conclave Mobile App for a map.


Do I need to register for the hands-on classes?

Registration is not required for the hands-on classes and are on a first-come, first-served basis. Once all seats are filled, the doors will be closed.


I heard about the AGS Young Titleholder's day of free professional headshots. Where do I go for those?

The free professional headshots are taking place in the Networking Area on Monday, April 23 from 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.


I'm a new titleholder. Where do I go for pictures and when?

New Titleholder photographs will be taken on Monday, April 23 from 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m., Broadway D. Please see the schedule below for your designated time.
