Jeff Skaret

Jeff Skaret has been a dedicated professional in the fine jewelry industry for over four decades. He currently serves as Vice President of Business Development at Vlora Jewelry, working alongside founder Vik Jain. Vlora Custom delivered its first piece in August 2021, followed by the debut of Vlora Fashion at Centurion in January 2022. The brand’s commitment to customer service, reimagined classic designs, and exceptional quality has driven rapid growth and strong acceptance in its early years. Many of North America’s leading retail jewelers have partnered with Vlora on both fashion and custom collections. The company became an American Gem Society (AGS) member in spring 2023 and introduced its highly praised Bridal Collection at Centurion 2024.

Before joining Vlora, Jeff spent nearly a decade as Vice President of Partner Development at Forevermark, where he played a key role in launching the brand in North America. He led the sales team, collaborated with authorized manufacturers and retailers, and developed training programs. His earlier experience includes 11 years at ArtCarved, as well as roles at Scott Kay and Furrer-Jacot, where he introduced Fine Swiss Wedding Rings to the U.S. market over an eight-year period.

Throughout his career, Jeff has not only excelled in sales and management but has also created and delivered training programs for the companies he’s served. He lives in the Minneapolis area and enjoys golfing, boating, and spending time with his adult children, Christian and Cali, and their spouses.
