The AGS Emerging Designer Membership is intended to help growing businesses establish their wholesale jewelry operations. This membership provides valuable resources such as continuing education, mentorships, and a supportive community of like-minded professionals. Open to firms in business for less than five years, this membership is designed to help you grow and succeed.

Who Can Apply?

Early-stage jewelry designer businesses that: 

  • Have three (3) recommendations from business enterprises or professional individuals within the jewelry industry; 
  • Are principally engaged in the design and manufacture of jewelry for less than five (5) years based on date of inception;  
  • Complete the AGS 101 education module; and, 
  • Possess a microscope or equivalent gemological equipment or technology for proper gem identification.
