Pat founded Obsidian Business Planning Solutions over 35 years ago and has spent his career helping business owners create comprehensive plans to build, protect, and transition their financial and business assets. As a business owner, he understands the challenge of managing the day-to-day issues of running a company while making plans to preserve its future success. Pat frequently speaks to groups of business owners including the American Gem Society's 2022 Conclave and the annual conference of advisor members of Business Enterprise Institute. Pat holds a Bachelor of Science from Virginia Tech and a Master of Science in Financial Services from The American College of Financial Services.
For over 25 years, Todd has helped business owners reach the financial and lifestyle goals they've set for themselves, their families, and their companies. He's a natural problem solver and an expert in finding creative and practical solutions to the issues that keep owners up at night. In 2022, Todd and Pat spoke at the American Gem Society's Conclave on techniques business owners can use to avoid the six most common mistakes that are detrimental to their families, businesses, and net worth. Todd holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Smeal School for Business at The Pennsylvania State University.
