We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, member services, or applicable laws. Any updates will be posted on this page, and the revised date will indicate when the changes took effect. Your continued use of the member website following the posting of updates means you accept and agree to the revised terms.
Business and Individual (Credentialed Affiliate, Non-Credentialed Affiliate, and Legacy) Members shall pay annual dues as specified by the Finance, Audit & Legal Committee and approved by the AGS International Board of Directors. Membership dues and other member fees are subject to change annually. Annual recertification fees for Credentialed Employee members are billed to the Business Member during the recertification period. Business Members that hold a Business Accreditation shall pay annual fees and be subject to other maintenance requirements as required by the Credentialing Policies. These member types and statuses shall pay no dues: Honorary, Credentialed Employee, Non-Credentialed Employee, and Student. Member benefits, benefit levels, and any associated discounts are subject to change at any time and without prior notice, as determined by AGS.
Any member invoiced for membership dues or other member fees who fails to pay within the 60-day grace period will be subject to loss of membership.
Resignation, suspension, forfeiture, or expulsion from membership shall not relieve the Business or Individual Member from liability for any unpaid dues or other duly assessed fees or charges. To reapply for membership, all back dues and unpaid fees must be paid in full before membership will be approved, except as otherwise determined. Membership in AGS shall be non-assessable, with the exception of membership dues and other member fees.
Business and Individual Members subject to dues will be automatically invoiced for the next membership period based on their current membership type, with updates applied for any changes in dues rates, number of locations, or affiliated brands. All retail locations are required to be disclosed.
Membership is not considered renewed until dues are paid in full or the first payment of an installment plan (available to Business Members only) is paid in full.
Members have the option to renew their membership automatically each year. This convenience allows for uninterrupted access to AGS member benefits and can be selected during the invoice payment process.
Auto-renew may be canceled by completing this form at least 30 days before the membership expiration date.
Business Members have the option to pay in full or in four installments at no additional charge. The installment option can be selected during the payment process. If paying by credit card or ACH/eCheck, the credit card/bank account will be automatically charged for the remaining installments as scheduled. Installment plans are not available with auto-renew.
If using another payment method and payment is not received by the due date, access to the member account shall be restricted and membership may be automatically terminated. If an alternate payment arrangement is required, please contact us.
Please contact us to cancel a current payment installment plan and pay the outstanding balance in full. To update a payment method from auto-renew to pay in full, please contact us before the membership expiration date.
Pay with credit card or ACH/eCheck online. If paying by check, please remit to the address listed on the invoice. Checks are deposited automatically upon receipt. Membership dues are non-refundable.
Please note that all payments will be applied to the oldest invoice on the account. For payments made on current invoices when older invoices are outstanding, an adjustment will appear on the original payment invoice, and notes will be included in the comments section of all invoices affected to explain the payment transfer.
Our payment processors are: BluePay, PayPal, and Braintree.
Individual Member Dues
Affiliate (Credentialed Affiliate or Non-Credentialed Affiliate) and Legacy members are automatically invoiced for the next membership period once the current membership expires. Membership is not renewed until dues are paid in full.
Recertification Fees
Eligible individuals with designations and/or credentials are billed an annual recertification fee during the recertification period. Fees are invoiced at the launch of the period. Business Members are invoiced for their Credentialed Employees.
If payment for the recertification fee invoice is not received within the 60-day grace period, the individual credentials and/or designations shall be revoked.
