Every year, Jewelers for Children (JFC) funds over 15 wishes for children experiencing traumatic medical circumstances, like Lupita.
Lupita loves to spend time with her extended family, but due to the pandemic and health issues, three years had passed since she celebrated her birthday with them. Lupita wished to have a traditional quinceanera celebration. For her wish, she wore a pink gown, danced to her favorite Mexican music, and ate her favorite Mexican food. Most importantly, she could be with her extended family on this special day.
It is traditional for a girl to be given a piece of jewelry for her quinceanera. Padis Jewelry gifted Lupita with a beautiful diamond nameplate necklace. They also threw a fancy birthday/shopping party for Lupita. The store was decorated with balloons and signs in her favorite color, pink. She and her family toasted with sparkling apple juice and had chocolate cupcakes with strawberry filling, her favorite.
“Padis Jewelry went above and beyond with their wish celebration for Lupita. The necklace and the celebration at their store were incredible. So grateful for their support,” said Becki Smith, Senior Program Manager Make-A-Wish Greater Bay Area.

Donate to JFC for Conclave 2024
The JFC Silent Auction is a Conclave tradition and has helped raise over $600,000 for children in need. You’ll find JFC in the Networking Area, where you can catch a glimpse of the items up for auction!
A donation of jewelry is always welcome, as well as items like these:
- Unused time at your vacation condo
- Redeem some airline miles
- A donation from a friend or business in another industry
- Artwork, memorabilia, gift certificates—all are great auction items!

JFC Rings of Strength Charity 5K

Rise and sparkle! Join Jewelers for Children (JFC) for the Conclave edition of JFC’s Rings of Strength 5K.
Rings of Strength has helped raise over $420,000 for JFC, and in 2024, they will be holding their premier event in two cities, including Austin, TX, at Conclave. Each event features a 5K route that you can walk, jog, or run—whatever you desire!
