Confluence 2025 Speaker Proposal

Thank you for your interest in speaking at the American Gem Society’s (AGS) virtual conference, Confluence on April 29-30, 2025.

For this year’s Confluence, sessions will be pre-recorded in advance and aired live, allowing speakers to participate in a live chat for real-time engagement with attendees. Sessions are approximately 45 minutes in length.

Proposal Criteria

All proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria:  

The overall quality of the proposal, including completeness of the form

Timeliness and relevance of the topic to the AGS community

Experience and/or presentation skill(s) of proposed speaker(s)

Attendee feedback on topic and/or speaker based on previous event surveys

While writing the description of your session, please consider who should attend your session, why they should attend, and the things they will learn.
