Deadline to Submit Speaker Proposal is September 30, 2022
Conclave heads to Louisville, KY, home of the Kentucky Derby, May 1–3, 2023. Help us cross the finish line in planning the industry’s premier education and networking event!

Based on industry trends and member surveys, we are looking for topics covering:
- Customer retention strategies, including in-store events, merchandising, and store layout
- Business-to-business sales and marketing strategies
- Business management tactics, including corporate leadership and use of branding specialists
- Case study teaching with real-world situations as the basis for learning
- Workplace approaches focused on recruiting, hiring, DEI, and onboarding team members
- Sustainability and ethical sourcing
- Livestream and social selling
- Watch education, such as selling strategies and fraud ID
Please submit your speaker proposal by September 30, 2022, at 11:59 p.m. PT. Each submission will be reviewed and you’ll receive a status update by October 28, 2022.
