Sponsorships are not tax deductible as charitable contributions; however, they may be tax deductible as ordinary and necessary business expenses. Consult with your tax advisor to determine whether your sponsorships are tax deductible in whole or in part.
All potential sponsors will undergo risk-based due diligence screenings performed by GIA Ethics and Compliance department and the AGS Compliance Department. The due diligence screening may include any of the following searches, as allowable by local law and regulation:
- Screenings for government sanctions, exclusions and other watch lists;
- United States sex offender registry;
- Civil and Criminal court records; and
- Other background information obtained from law enforcement agencies.
By submitting personally identifiable information for evaluation, you agree that GIA and AGS, on behalf of Converge, may undertake any of the above identified searches.
