Many of you have asked how you can tell the AGS story on your website and social media. This year at Conclave, we’re making it happen. We’ll have a professional videographer, a teleprompter, and scripts ready for you. All you have to do is schedule a time and show up. When it’s done, you’ll have a polished video that’s all yours to share.
Here’s how it works:
- We’ll have three scripts for you: one on why you are an AGS member, one on credentials, and one about the AGS community that you might want to share in the trade.
- Each script comes in a 30-second and a 90-second version you can choose from.
Secure your filming now and pick a day and time that works for you.
- Once you confirm a time, we’ll reach out with the scripts. Choose by August 17.
- Prefer to write your own script? You can also send that to us by August 17; this will give us time to ensure that all scripts are in the teleprompter and ready to go by Conclave.
- The videos will be edited after Conclave and posted on our YouTube channel. We will send you the link once it’s ready. If you prefer a different method of digital delivery, let us know.
