Hill & Co., specialized management consultants exclusively for the diamond, gemstone, and jewelry industry, proudly announce the appointment of Stanley Zale as Principal Consultant.
With over 40 years of experience in the diamond industry, beginning his career as a sawyer and working nearly ten years for renowned Diamantaire Louis Glick, Stanley moved on to become Vice President at Graff USA, and has been for the past 17 years Vice President for Diamond and Gemstones Procurement at Stuller.
“I am delighted to announce that I have joined the team at Hill & Co. as Principal Consultant,” said Zale. “As we approach the 100th anniversary of my Grandfather’s first Zale’s Jewelers store in March 2024, I reflect on the fantastic opportunities this industry has brought to me and my family.”

Stanley currently serves on the boards of the Jewelers Security Alliance and the Diamond Manufacturers and Importers Association. He is a member of the 24 Karat Club of New York and the 24 Karat Club Southeast US, and recently completed his term of six years on the Executive Board of the Jewelers Vigilance Committee.
