Clarity Characteristics – Diamond Inclusions, Natural and Rare

Inclusions can be indicators of a diamond’s natural origin. Inclusions in diamonds can result from the formation process of the diamond crystal, the diamond’s journey to the surface, or mineral crystals trapped within the diamond during formation. There are distinct inclusions that are only found in natural diamonds. Wade’s insightful article looks at diamond formation, clarity rarities, and provides great information on inclusions.
