Welcome to our Conclave attire guide! We understand that knowing what to pack is helpful before heading to Austin, TX.

From the pre-Conclave events like the Mentor Mixer and Guilds Party to educational sessions and networking events, Conclave attire is typically business casual.

Although…this year’s Conclave is a bit more unconventional. Think outside the typical business box, and let your creativity flow! Bust out the brighter colors and funky patterns. Express yourself, have fun, and make a statement.

AGS Suppliers’ Showcase and Reception

Feel free to wear what you wore during the day, or change into something for the evening that you might wear to a night out at a restaurant. There’s food and drinks, and lots of wandering around and networking, so we encourage you to wear comfy shoes!

Trivia Night Brought to You by the Young Titleholders

This fun event happens directly after the AGS Suppliers’ Showcase and Reception, so there’s no need to change! Austin’s average April temps can be in the upper fifties at night, so be sure to bring a light sweater or jacket.

President’s Party

This year’s theme is Music Festival Fun. Here’s the thing about dressing for music festivals: There’s no right or wrong way to do it—just dress for the vibes. Here are some ideas:

Vibrant colors, especially neon shades. Choose to incorporate glitter of body paint to add some extra flair to your look.
Pro tip: you can never go wrong wearing sparkles. In fact, feeling a little disco? Go for it!
Embrace a bohemian style characterized by flowing, loose-fitting clothing and an overall relaxed and carefree vibe. This style often includes maxi dresses, fringe vests, and floral prints.
Graphic tees, especially those featuring the logos or artwork of your favorite bands or musicians, can be paired with distressed denim jeans (or shorts), overalls, and jackets.
Be true to your jewelry nature and accessorize! You can’t go wrong with statement jewelry, such as oversized earrings, layered necklaces, or stacked bracelets. And don’t forget a fun, bag to carry your essentials—whether it has fringe or is bedazzled. Go a little crazy!
