2026 Fee – Single Networking Booth Sponsorship:

• Standard Level:  $8,300
• Gold Level:  $7,470—a savings of $830
• Diamond Level:  $6,640—a savings of $1,660

Double Networking Booth Sponsorship (Optional Upgrade)

Sponsor may elect to reserve a Double Networking Booth to increase visibility and engagement within the Networking Area.

The Double Networking Booth Sponsorship includes:

• Two (2) adjacent booths in the Networking Area
• Two (2) Conclave full registrations
• Enhanced on-site presence with additional space for displays and conversations

2026 Fee – Double Networking Booth Sponsorship:

• Standard Level:  $16,600
• Gold Level:  $14,940—a savings of $1,660
• Diamond Level:  $13,280—a savings of $3,320

Lock In 2026 and 2027 for the Same Price!

Join us for the next AGS Conclave on May 3, 2027, in Kansas City, MO.

• When you commit to both 2026 and 2027, your 2027 participation fee will not increase.
• Simplify planning with two Networking Booth Sponsorships scheduled just six months apart.
• To secure the 2027 rate, a non-refundable deposit of $500 per booth will be required at the time of payment for Conclave 2026. The remaining balance will be invoiced October 1, 2026, and will be determined based on membership tier level. Any tier level changes prior to Conclave 2027 event will result in an adjusted invoice. Balances will be due within ten (10) calendar days of invoice date or rates will automatically revert to the Conclave 2027 list price.
