Conclave 2026 Speaker Proposal Submission

Stand out as an industry thought leader. Gain visibility by sharing your ideas, experiences, and expertise with our engaged audience of jewelry industry professionals, influencers, and innovators.

We are seeking session proposals on a range of topics. After reviewing submissions, we will select speakers whose content best aligns with Conclave’s objectives and delivers compelling, impactful programming for Conclave 2026 in Orlando, FL, September 14-17, 2026.

All proposals will be evaluated using the following criteria:

  • Overall quality and completeness of the proposal
  • Relevance and timeliness of the topic for the American Gem Society (AGS) community
  • Experience and presentation skill(s) of proposed speaker(s)
  • Prior attendee feedback on the topic and/or speaker (if applicable)

While writing the description of your session, please consider who should attend your session, why they should attend, and the things they will learn.

Please complete the form below to submit your proposal. Submissions received on or before March 31, 2026, will be reviewed, and applicants will receive a status update by May 1, 2026. Proposals submitted after March 31, 2026, will be reviewed after May 1, 2026.

Speaker Concessions

If your proposal is selected, the American Gem Society ("Host") will formally offer applicable speaker concessions in exchange for your participation in Conclave 2026.

Speaker Expectations

By submitting this proposal and in exchange for good and valuable consideration, I agree to meet all requirements and deadlines stated herein as well as any additional requirements and deadlines communicated to me should my proposal be selected. I understand that if any deadline is missed, Host reserves the right to make adjustments or cancel my session(s). My session speaker(s)/panelists, title, and description must be detailed, accurate, complete, and finalized. By submitting my proposal to speak at Conclave 2026, I agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. I understand that if I would like my presentation materials (presentation deck, handouts, etc.) to be available in the Conclave mobile app, I must submit them using the approved template and guidelines no later than August 14, 2026. If selected to speak, I agree to submit an article recap of my session for inclusion in the American Gem Society’s annual recertification exam no later than October 1, 2026.
  2. If my session is selected:
    1. I understand my session will be scheduled during normal conference hours, and that the scheduled time is final and cannot be changed.
    2. I understand that sessions are 60 minutes in length and must strictly adhere to the allotted time.
    3. I understand that I will be required to agree to and execute a Conclave 2026 Speaker Agreement no later than July 31, 2026, or my session will automatically be canceled.
      • The Conclave 2026 Speaker Agreement will include editorial, recording, reproduction of materials, and distribution authorization, among other provisions, that will govern the arrangement between me and Host.
    4. I understand that this is a proposal and any use or non-use is within the sole discretion of Host.
