Health & Safety Protocols

In the interest of public safety, AGS will manage our in-person event in a manner that prioritizes the health, safety, and well-being of all event participants.  Event participants include but are not limited to, member and non-member attendees, speakers, sponsors, guests, press, AGS staff members, and service providers (“participants”).

By attending Conclave:

• You voluntarily accept all risks related to exposure to communicable diseases; agree to follow any safety and health practices required by Conclave; and agree to not hold AGS, Conclave, or their representatives liable for any illness or injury.
• As a condition of registering for and attending Conclave, you agree to adhere to our  Code of Conduct and all policies in effect for the event. We expect all participants to make informed choices about travel, participation, and on-site engagement.

On-Site Safety and Health Recommendations

• Please monitor your health in the days leading up to Conclave. If you’re feeling unwell or showing symptoms of a contagious illness, please don’t travel.
• We encourage you to practice physical distancing in situations when doing so helps you to feel most comfortable.
• If you are more comfortable doing so, please feel free to wear a face covering at any time while attending the event.
• Please use recognized best hygiene practices like washing your hands frequently and using hand sanitizer.

Before You Arrive

• Please visit the Conclave website to review the latest updates on our safety and health protocols.
• Please check the websites of your airline, airport(s), and hotel to review their protocols.
• Review CDC’s current travel guidance.

Follow All Signage and Direction

Operational adjustments may occur throughout the event. Please adhere to all signage and direction from the event team.
