Certified Gemologist^® Appraiser Exam Application

To apply for the Certified Gemologist^® Appraiser theory exam, please complete this form. Once submitted, we will verify that you meet the eligibility requirements listed below. If eligible, you will receive an invoice for the exam. Your enrollment will be finalized once payment is received.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Be a Certified Gemologist^® in good standing and currently employed at an AGS member business
• Documentation of completion of approved foundational appraisal education
• Proof of a color vision test administered by an eye doctor (optometrist or ophthalmologist), or by AGS, within the past 12 months
