Watch Fundamentals Course

This six-chapter course offers foundational education on watches for the sales professional or anyone connected to the watch industry, including marketing, customer service or merchandising. It offers unbiased and credible information about universal watch concepts and will immediately and noticeably set the individual apart from other timepiece sales professionals. Individuals who complete this course will be armed with fundamental knowledge and understanding of key horological concepts.

  • Materials
  • Time and Complications Introduction

Upon successful completion of the course, the individual will receive a digital certificate of completion endorsed by both the American Gem Society and Kaiser Time.

The American Gem Society (AGS) is a nonprofit trade association of fine jewelry professionals dedicated to setting, maintaining and promoting the highest standards of ethical conduct and professional behavior through education, accreditation, recertification of its membership, gemological standards, and gemological research.

AGS Laboratories, founded to support the AGS mission, is a nonprofit diamond grading laboratory with a mission of consumer protection. Adhering to the AGS Diamond Grading Standards, AGS Laboratories is dedicated to offering diamond grading reports that provide consistency and accuracy based on science.
