I can easily explain Carat, Color, and Clarity but getting them to understand grading on Cut has proven challenging. Using the ASET, not only shows the customer the differences in cut grades, but also gives them confidence in selecting their diamond. The hands on experience that this provides has aided in numerous sales and satisfied clients!"
Just wanted to drop you line to congratulate you on a tremendous piece of software. I'm sure you have heard that many times from other people, but it never hurts to hear it one more time. I was really impressed with how easy the software was to use and integrate with the Sarin info.
