This specialized service provides diamond grading reports—based on your criteria—from the only nonprofit laboratory that offers consistency and accuracy based on science: AGS Laboratories. Let us help you increase profitability with this specialized service.
When submitting diamonds, please keep the following guidelines in mind:

  • Minimum order is 50 diamonds, submitted in bulk
  • Sort parameters are established by you for clarity, and within D-T color
  • Please do not place diamonds in individual parcel papers
  • We recommend that diamonds are placed in a protective box
  • Total parcel weight and total number of diamonds must be indicated on incoming memo
  • Diamonds not meeting your sort criteria will either be returned, or we can work with you to determine other grading solutions
  • Please note: AGS Laboratories does not offer a recheck or treatment testing for this particular service
  • All diamonds meeting your sort criteria will be processed for full grading and documents
  • Once sorting is complete, we will determine a turnaround time, unless you have specified
    a “rush” or “priority service”
  • Preliminary grading results will be sent to you upon completion of full grading
  • Prior approval must be provided in advance of shipment for scheduling purposes
  • All stones not meeting the client’s criteria will receive a sorting fee of $10 from .18 – .99 cts and $16 for 1 carat and above
  • Please call Client Services for custom sorting services including large parcels or anything outside the sorting guidelines
