Two members of the AGS community are planning some member meet-ups during Conclave in Denver. If you love to ski or want to catch a great baseball game, check out these two outings:

Hit the Slopes Before Conclave

Keystone ResortSometimes a slippery slope is a good thing: head to Conclave early and hit the slopes! AGS Member, Glenn Markman from Fire Polish Diamonds, is organizing a trip for members who want to arrive early for a pre-Conclave ski trip. Plan to arrive on April 25th for a two-night stay at the Keystone Lodge, a nearby 4-star hotel for A-Basin. From there, it’s a quick 10-minute drive to the slopes.

Glenn has made the arrangements. You’ll have dinner at the hotel on Friday night, ski all day Sunday, and time-permitting, Sunday morning, before heading back to Denver (and Conclave).

Saturday night, dinner will be at the Keystone Ranch.

To sign up for the fun, and to learn more, contact Glenn directly at glenn@firepolishdiamonds.com.

Baseball with the Mint Guy

Coors FieldGet into the swing of Denver with some baseball! Tuesday, April 28 is a free night after the Conclave Happy Hour, and Yosef Poplack, RS, of GemWave (aka the Mint Guy), is planning an outing to Coors Field to watch the Colorado Rockies vs. the Chicago White Sox. Yosef is hoping to get a group of 20 Conclave attendees together, which is the magic number for a group discount.

For details on catching the game, please contact Yosef directly at yosef@gemwave.com or call him at 212.768.3200 x113.
