What You’ll Do

As a Community Ambassador Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact to current and prospective members—strengthening relationships, driving membership growth, and creating exceptional experiences. You’ll connect with members, understand their needs, and help them thrive through AGS programs and events.

Key Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for current and prospective members and consumers.
  • Responds to telephone and email inquiries from current and prospective members
  • Executes data entry and auditing, report generation utilizing our Association Management System (AMS) and Learning Management System (LMS) platforms
  • Works within the project management system (Basecamp) to execute deliverables in a timely manner
  • Executes department administrative deliverables, such as supply and collateral ordering, and mailings
  • Stays apprised of association activities, policies, and services to respond to inquiries appropriately.
  • Works closely with the Community Ambassador on projects and initiatives
  • Performs additional duties as required.

  • Passion for people, community, and the jewelry industry.
  • An Associate’s degree in a business-related field is required. Experience that will have provided the knowledge and skills outlined above can substitute for a degree.
  • Administrative and project management skills; data entry background is a plus
  • Computer and technical skills (including software knowledge); Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); database experience a plus
  • Personable and diplomatic customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and work efficiently under a deadline
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Possess a positive team-player attitude
