Starting in retail at the age of 16 selling tailored suits was just the starting point for Springfield, Missouri native, Josh Pruschen. Through working in various retail sectors, to attending Lindenwood University, and ultimately the Gemological Institute of America, Josh is now the store manager of a successful and expanding AGS store.

As manager of a successful independently owned fine jewelry store, he is also a Certified Gemologist®, seeking out to gain his Certified Gemologist® Appraiser title.

Josh’s presentation titled, Management 101.5, is a fascinating look at how ‘millennial’ employees can be some of the best managers you have had, if properly understood. He debunks the saying, "Why should we change, it’s been working for years," by simply responding, "Because times have changed." Given the shift in customer paradigms, owners and managers need to learn how to navigate the different lanes of what Josh calls the "Highway to Success."
