Clienteling for Increased Sales and Loyalty

In his presentation, Phillip Bosen, CG, will teach us the importance of clienteling, including the difference it can make to the bottom line, and how it leads to increased retention of team members and loyalty of clients. Additionally, he will introduce new tools to make it easier to implement these skills with regularity.

Phillip Bosen, CGPhillip has been in the industry since he was a kid in his family’s jewelry store. He has worked for some of the best retailers in the country in a variety of positions, including manager, trainer, special forces, Director of Operations, and now as an independent consultant. Phillip has a passion for helping retail jewelers improve both their business and life.

Known for his entertaining and informative training style, and strong retail background, Phillip will provide you with take-away techniques that you can use immediately.

AGS Laboratories, founded to support the AGS mission, is a nonprofit diamond grading laboratory with a mission of consumer protection. Adhering to the AGS Diamond Grading Standards, AGS Laboratories is dedicated to offering diamond grading reports that provide consistency and accuracy based on science.
