Tiffany StevensIt’s been almost a full year since the Jewelers Vigilance Committee (JVC) released their updated Jewelry Guides after no changes in twenty years. All companies in the jewelry and watch supply chains must know and understand the Jewelry Guides to conduct business in the United States.

Tiffany will also address other impactful changes, including the Wayfair Internet/remote seller sales tax Supreme Court case, FTC enforcement letters for advertising, dealing with undisclosed laboratory-grown diamonds, updated employment laws, and anything else that’s new and pressing.
