Martial began his career in the watch and jewelry industry as a sales professional, behind the sales counter. He rose to store manager at Tourneau and later at Bulgari. He spent many years as the International Retail Director at deGRISOGONO and then became the Brand Manager at Ralph Lauren. Martial’s great understanding of both retail and wholesale stems from his extensive background in both areas of in the industry.

Now as a full-time trainer, Martial brings a valued and unbiased perspective, providing beneficial knowledge as a luxury industry expert. This allows him to touch on all points surrounding brands, retailers, operations, sales and competition in the marketplace.
