The Connecticut Guild Presents Ben Smithee

Wow Them and Win Them! How to Win in the Age of Digital Experience

“It has to create an experience,” “Millennials seek out experiences,” “You have to create an experience for your customer!” You’ve surely heard a variation on one of these common sayings. But, let’s be real….what the heck does that even mean? Is it just industry and business consultant fluff? Or, is there some truth and magic behind this mythical “experience?”

Ben Smithee will take you through a thought-provoking and engaging experience on how to win in the digital age. You will discover what an experience really is, how to make a “good one,” and why it starts long before the consumer ever steps foot into your store in today’s social media-rich world.

Ben’s dynamic presentations have been the focal points of industry and marketing conferences and summits spanning 6 continents and nearly 20 countries, and he and his team at TSG consult some of the most successful brands both in and out of the jewelry industry from Georgia-Pacific and EA Games to Rapaport, Signet and several leading retailer jewelers across the country.

The presentation will provide strategies and tactics you can immediately implement into your business to help you become more successful and more relevant to today’s digital consumer.
