JoDawn Whitlock-Karnowski was named Global Director of Field Marketing at UPS Capital on October 1, 2012. In this position, she is responsible for overseeing the development of global strategies and new products, conducting research and analytics to support market segmentation and the respective resource alignment, driving integrated revenue growth with targeted campaign development, and promoting programs and initiatives that support customer acquisition and retention across 12 countries. Most recently, she was selected to help lead the global integration effort after the acquisition of Parcel Pro, a leading provider of insured shipping solutions in the high value space, in June of 2015. In addition to her marketing responsibilities, she has built and is managing a team that is dedicated to global growth and product expansion in the luxury goods and jewelry industry.
Prior to her current assignment, JoDawn gained experience in functions and roles that include, but are not limited to Director of West Region Sales and Special Assignment Product Development Managing Director for emerging markets. JoDawn’s diverse background and rich history at UPS have provided her with the opportunity to gain exposure to key areas of the business, while allowing her to develop a unique, yet expert perspective that has helped foster and cultivate her creative energy.
In addition to her corporate responsibilities, JoDawn enjoys spending time with her husband and young son. JoDawn is an avid marathon runner and enjoys studding for her CPCU designation. JoDawn is also involved in supporting Women’s Leadership Development programs, her church and outreach programs for children in impoverished circumstances.
JoDawn was a Dean’s List, Scholar Athlete receiving a bachelor’s degree in Business Communications from Point Loma Nazarene University and graduated from National University with a MA in Business Management.
