Jason Quick

Jason Quick is the Laboratory Director for the American Gem Society Laboratories. He received his Bachelors of Science degree in Mathematics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), where he also worked as a researcher at the MIT Laboratory of Computer Science. Jason began at AGS Laboratories in 2004 on the Research and Development team, working closely with world-renowned gemologist, Peter Yantzer, and was instrumental in developing the AGS Light Performance cut grade system. In his current position as the Laboratory Director, Jason oversees both the grading laboratory and R&D efforts, as well as represents AGS Laboratories in the U.S. and internationally.
