The American Gem Society has announced the 2012 Circle of Distinction Honorees, who will be recognized at the Society’s Circle of Distinction Dinner on July 31 at the iconic Plaza Hotel in New York City.
The recipients of the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award are The Bridge Family of Ben Bridge Jeweler. The recipients of the Triple Zero Awards are Rob Bates, Senior Editor of JCK Magazine, and Mark Moeller, CGA, Owner of R.F. Moeller Jeweler.
“The Circle of Distinction Dinner is one of the highlights each year for the Society, and we’re especially excited about this year’s event,” said Ruth Batson, Executive Director and CEO of the American Gem Society. “We’re thrilled to honor the Bridges; they are one of the great jewelry families of our time. All of the recipients have made a significant contribution throughout their career and we are proud to recognize their accomplishments.”
The Circle of Distinction event will begin at 6:30pm with cocktails, followed by a three-course dinner and the awards presentation at 7:30pm.
