    The American Gem Society® awards titles designating members as skilled professionals upon completion of stringent gemological studies and examinations. Registered Jeweler, Certified Gemologist, and Certified Gemologist Appraiser are just a few of the titles that are earned.  Annual recertification is required in order for individuals to retain their title.
  • Access to the American Gem Society International Conclave. Conclave provides a networking forum for members to discuss and educate each other on the latest events, breakthroughs, trends, business strategies and to attend comprehensive education programs. The American Gem Society Conclave (held annually) is the only event in which American Gem Society members and their staff can learn through “hands-on” educational programs. The gathering is built around a wide variety of classes that cover gemology education, the latest industry trends, nationally known speakers and presenters and useful business information.
  • American Gem Society® Custom Sales Training and Coaching. The industry’s most comprehensive custom sales training program — created for and available exclusively to American Gem Society® Members.

With the goal of creating attention-getting, lead-driving and targeted advertising programs, the American Gem Society has developed the most “go-to” website in the jewelry industry. Print advertising materials designed to stand out in a crowd are available for use in local markets. We offer a variety of print advertisements geared to be used during the key buying periods of Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Dads & Grads, Bridal, and Holiday, plus additional ads to promote colored gemstones and membership in the American Gem Society.
